The rules of the loyalty program “Personal discount of a regular customer”

These Rules of the loyalty program “Personal discount of a regular customer” (hereinafter – the “Rules”) apply to Customers registered on the Website http://cybersolution.shopmauritius.online/

The organizer has the right at any time to unilaterally make changes to these Rules. The new version of the Rules is always available for review at the address indicated above. The participant is obliged to independently monitor the changes made to this Loyalty Program.

The Organizer has the right to cancel (terminate) these Rules at any time, without additional notice to Customers about the termination of the loyalty program “Personal discount of a regular customer.”

These Rules are valid from the moment they are posted on the Site by the Organizer until their cancellation.

The personal discount of a regular customer is applied exclusively when making purchases on the Cybersolutiononline eShop Mauritius website.

The program does not work in the Cybersolutiononline eShop Mauritius retail stores, as well as for L’Etoile products and products labeled Boutique

  1. Terms
    1. Organizer – the organizer of the loyalty program of Cybersolutiononline eShop Mauritius, which has all the rights to manage the Program, establish its conditions and interact with Program Participants.
    2. Client – an individual who purchases goods presented in the Organizer’s online store cybersolution.shopmauritius.online (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and possesses the necessary legal capacity to acquire these goods.
    3. Loyalty program – a loyalty marketing program “Personal discount of a regular customer”, conducted by the Organizer for Customers with the aim of attracting new customers and encouraging regular customers on the terms set forth in these Rules (hereinafter – the “Program”).
    4. Program Participant – any Client registered on the Site. The identification of the Participant for the purpose of calculating / applying a personal discount occurs by ID.
    5. ID – an identification number assigned to each Client when registering on the Site, designed to identify the Client, calculate a personal discount and further account for the amount of a personal discount. ID corresponds to one account (personal account) of the Client on the Site.
    6. A personal discount of a regular customer (hereinafter referred to as a personal discount) is a discount accrued by the Organizer to the Client, which can be applied when he makes purchases exclusively on the Organizer’s Cybersolutiononline eShop Mauritius Website. At the same time, the amount of a personal discount can accumulate (grow) or decrease depending on the total amounts spent by the Client when making purchases from the Organizer starting from the moment of its registration on the Organizer’s website, as well as the percentage of redemption of completed orders for the last 6 calendar months
    7. Resorting of goods – delivery to the Customer of goods in the order of the wrong name (article), color or size, which was ordered by the Client through the fault of the Organizer.
    8. Defective goods – a defect identified by the buyer during the fitting process (delivery failure and return of unused goods) or its use (return within the warranty period). Further operation of the product with the Bracket is possible, but after the additional costs of correcting defects, it is not possible at all.
  2. Program Terms
    1. The Program is valid and a personal discount is provided exclusively to / for registered customers on the Website.
      1. You can become a Program Participant by registering on the Organizer’s Website or in the Organizer’s mobile application. By registering on the Site or in the mobile application, the Client unconditionally agrees to the terms of the Loyalty Program.
    2. The possibility of applying a personal discount (%) by the Participant is carried out automatically by linking to the Participant’s account on the Site within 24 hours from the date of registration. The calculation of a personal discount is carried out when the Customer fulfills the conditions specified in these Rules.
    3. Transfer of a personal discount from one account to another is not possible.
    4. The Organizer has the right to terminate the participation of the Client in the Program:
      • if the Participant provides false information about himself;
      • if the Participant takes actions, including with respect to the purchased goods, bypassing these Rules and / or as a result of which damage may be caused to the Organizer;
      • in other cases.
  3. The procedure for calculating and calculating personal discounts
    1. The personal discount is calculated based on the participant’s purchase history and is cumulative. The personal discount is calculated on the basis of the Member’s purchases and depends on the total Amount of purchased goods by the Client for his entire purchase history, starting from the date of registration on the Site, and the percentage of redemption of the Client’s orders for the last 6 calendar months.“Purchase” means the purchase of goods on the Site or in a mobile application: goods that were delivered to the Participant and paid for by him.When registering the Client on the Site, the personal discount is 0%.
    2. Where, “Amount of purchased goods” – the total value of the purchased goods from the Organizer, including purchases using the mobile application, starting from the date of registration of the Client on the Site or in the mobile application.“Repurchase percentage” – the ratio of the value of the purchased goods in the order to the value of the delivered order in percent, calculated over the last 6 calendar months.The repurchase percentage for the last 6 calendar months is calculated by the formula:Repurchase percentage = Amount of paid goods / (Amount of returned goods ** + Amount of paid goods) * 100%** Returned product means:- the goods are returned for the reason “Did not fit the Client” (the cost of such goods is involved in calculating the personal discount);- the goods are returned due to “Marriage / Resort” (the cost of such goods is not involved in calculating the personal discount, provided the Client contacts the Customer Support Service) and with the consent of the Organizer.Calculation is made for the last 6 calendar months. The recalculation of the redemption percentage is made upon receipt of new returns or new payments for the goods.The minimum personal discount is 5% and is accrued to the Client when the following conditions are met: the total amount of purchased goods is at least 15,000.00 rubles and the buyback percentage for the last 6 calendar months is at least 50% of the order value.
    3. Pay attention:
      • A personal discount is affected by each purchase and return.
      • Personal discount is calculated upon payment of the goods.
      • Upon returning the goods, the Amount of purchased goods decreases and the Repurchase Percentage for the next purchase is recalculated.
      • Personal discount becomes equal to zero in the following cases:
        • The client did not make new purchases of goods within 6 calendar months.
        • The percentage of redemption of orders for the last 6 calendar months is less than 30% of the value of all orders for a period of 6 calendar months.
      • The calculation of personal discounts involves orders confirmed for delivery.If the Client disagrees with the calculation of the amount of the personal discount, the Client can contact the Client Support Service by writing an email to eshop@cybersolutiononline.com. Appeals are accepted only within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the order, or no later than the day of the return. When filling out an application for the recalculation of a personal discount in cases of return (not redemption) of goods due to defects, re-sorting, the Client must provide photos of the goods confirming the reason for the return.
  4. Other conditions
    1. The Participant is informed about the amount of the personal discount in the Personal Account.
    2. The Organizer informs the Program Participants about changes in% of the personal discount by sending the corresponding messages by e-mail or SMS messages.
    3. The terms of the Program do not apply to all products sold by the Organizer. Information about a product that is not subject to a personal discount is posted on the checkout page.
    4. In some cases, the summation of a personal discount with a valid discount on the Organizer’s Shares may be limited.
    5. The personal discount is flexible, it can vary both in the direction of decrease and in the direction of increase, depending on the change in the amount of the repurchase and the percentage of repurchase.
    6. The Client’s participation in the Loyalty Program can be terminated at any time at the initiative of the Organizer without unilaterally explaining the reasons by canceling the personal discount (canceling his participation in the Program). The Organizer shall notify the Participant of the termination of his participation in the Program by e-mail.
    7. Entering the Loyalty Program, the Client agrees to the Organizer or its authorized representatives to process their personal data in the ways specified in the legislation. Such consent is given for the entire term of the Client’s participation in the Loyalty Program.
    8. The organizer is not liable for damage (material and moral) caused by using a personal discount.
    9. In the event that the Organizer’s employees reveal facts of accrual of a personal discount in violation of these Rules, the Organizer has the right to cancel the personal discount accrued in violation.
  5. Personal Discount Information
    1. The Participant can find out information about a personal discount in the Personal Account on the Site or by calling the customer support service phone number + 230 59691999
    2. The Organizer shall notify the Participant of the accrual / recalculation of the amount of the personal discount by sending informational SMS messages to the Participant’s mobile number and emails to the Participant’s address indicated during registration on the Website.
  6. Discount Summing Rules
    1. Personal discount always comes with a discount for prepayment (if there is a discount for prepayment). First, a personal discount of a regular customer is applied, and then, a discount for prepayment. If there are several discounts in the order, they are applied in the following order: discount on the coupon, personal discount of the regular customer, discount for the first order in the mobile application, discount on prepayment. Each next discount will be applied to the result of applying the previous discount.
    2. In some cases, a personal discount may be added up with coupons for existing shares, unless otherwise specified on the Site (information is provided on the checkout page).In the case of simultaneous application of discount coupons and a personal discount of a regular customer, the discount coupon is first applied, and then a regular discount of a regular customer is applied.
